Payment

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of purchase; delivery typically takes up to 10 days, though remote locations may take longer. We are not liable for courier delays.
Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed to the courier. We are not responsible for parcels signed for by someone other than the addressee, or for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Any change of delivery address after dispatch may not be possible or may incur extra charges.
If your order is lost, or undelivered, we will refund the order amount, including shipping charges paid online.
For damaged, leaking, or tampered parcels, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue; claims made after this window may not be honored. Please retain packaging for 3–4 days in case we need it for investigation.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once delivered.
Refunds or replacements are considered only in cases of manufacturing defects, or if a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or contaminated — reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please follow any storage instructions on the packaging; products not stored as directed are not eligible for refund/replacement.
Approved replacements/refunds are provided at our sole discretion after verification.
