At The Whisketiers, all our products are handcrafted fresh with the finest ingredients and prepared with utmost care to ensure a premium experience for every customer. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been delivered.
However, if you receive:

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order along with pictures and videos so that we may investigate and assist you appropriately.

Claims raised beyond 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review due to the perishable nature of our products.
Product Appearance & Handmade Variations
We make every effort to display our products and packaging as accurately as possible on our website and social media platforms. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, packaging presentation may differ slightly, and handcrafted products may naturally vary in appearance.
As each product is handmade individually, slight variations in size, texture, decoration, or finishing are not considered defects.
Chocolate & Temperature Disclaimer
Our chocolates and desserts are packed carefully to maintain freshness and quality during transit. However, due to weather conditions and high temperatures, slight softening or melting may occasionally occur despite protective packaging.
Products should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight immediately upon delivery.
Delivery Responsibility
The Whisketiers guarantees shipment of products in good condition to the delivery address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries or delivery delays caused due to:
1. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
2. Recipient unavailability
3. Refusal to accept the order
4. Incorrect contact details
5. Delay caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, or circumstances beyond our control
Orders requiring rerouting or reshipment due to incorrect addresses may attract additional delivery charges.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order enters preparation or dispatch, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Same-day delivery is available only for select pincodes and subject to order cut-off timings.
