Returns & Refund Policy
As all our products are food items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All goods are exempt from being returned as they are Perishable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items under specific conditions, if they are defective or damaged and are unopened.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at thewhisketiers@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your email should include clear photos of the damaged or defective item, additionaly you must send the photos to our phone number within the same 24-hour period.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions for the exchange.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 days, and the amount will be transferred back into the account/card. Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before your shipment has been dispatched.
