Shipping & Delivery Information

Local Delivery (Mumbai Only)

  • Orders are sent via Wefast.

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout depending on the area.

Standard Domestic Delivery

  • Delivered within 2–5 business days.

  • Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

  • Please allow extra time around festivals and public holidays.

  • Larger orders (above 10 pcs) need a longer lead time, we'll confirm the delivery duration via call or WhatsApp.

Delivery Information

  • Shipped within India through registered courier companies.

  • No refunds if the shipping address is incorrect/incomplete, or if the client is unavailable to receive the courier.

  • Products are heat-sensitive and perishable with a limited shelf life, please ensure availability to accept delivery.

  • Sending a gift? Provide the complete address (including pincode) and the receiver's contact details, and inform them in advance to help ensure smooth delivery.

  • COD is not available

  • If a product melts or softens in transit, simply refrigerate it, please note we cannot offer a replacement in such cases.

Shipping Charges

Total shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Type of delivery selected.

  • Final weight/volume of the package.

Product Storage

  • All products are heat-sensitive, store at ambient temperature, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Florentines: store in an airtight container to retain crunchiness.

  • Other products are best stored in their original packaging.

  • If a product melts or softens, refrigerate for a while.

  • We package and dispatch with care, but cannot guarantee against melting, especially during hot summer months.
