Shipping

Local Delivery (Mumbai Only) orders are sent via Wefast , Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout depending on the area.
Standard Domestic Delivery orders are usually delivered within 2 - 5 business days. Sundays and Public holidays are not regarded as business days. Please consider extra working days around festivals and public holidays. Larger orders (above 10 pcs) would need a longer lead time. We will confirm the duration of delivery via call or WhatsApp

Delivery information

Within India, we ship through registered courier companies. We are unable to offer refunds the given shipping address is
incorrect or incomplete or if the client is not available to receive the courier.

Our products are heat sensitive and perishable with a shelf life, so please make sure you are available to accept delivery. In case you are sending a gift, please provide the complete address including the pincode and contact details of the receiver. We would request you to inform the receiver about the arrival of the order beforehand. This will help ensure timely and easy delivery. We do not offer COD services Incase your product has melted or softened in transit, you have nothing to worry, refrigerate the product. (Please note: if a product melts in transit, we will not be able to replace it)

Shipping Charges

The total shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the type of delivery selected and the final weight / volume of the package to be delivered. 

Product Storage

All our products are heat sensitive. Kindly store in an ambient temperature. Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. To retain crunchiness for florentines, store in an airtight container. Other products should be best stored in their original packaging. Incase a product melts or softens, refrigerate for a while. We will ensure good protection while we package and dispatch, However despite that we cannot guarantee that your chocolate will not melt, specially during the hot summer days.
